Additionally, we will explore personal mindfulness routines to maintain composure and effectiveness in challenging situations, fostering a balanced approach to professional and personal life.
Vince Cieslak, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Aurora University, is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Domestic Violence Professional. He has extensive experience supporting families affected by domestic violence and treating addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders in various settings. Specializing in LGBTQIA+ issues, Vince focuses on relationship challenges and trans-affirming care.
