Service Description
The Career & Networking Center’s ATS Resume Optimization Coaching Session is designed for job seekers who already have a finalized resume and are ready to strategically tailor it for specific opportunities. This one-on-one coaching session is not intended for individuals seeking general resume editing or major resume rewrites. Instead, the focus is on optimizing an existing resume to improve performance within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and better align with targeted job descriptions. During the session, participants will work directly with a career coach to strengthen resume tailoring, keyword optimization, ATS compatibility, and job description alignment. Coaches will help identify industry-specific language, improve keyword integration, and ensure the resume clearly reflects the qualifications and skills employers are seeking. By the end of the session, participants will have a more strategically optimized resume designed to increase visibility and competitiveness in today’s hiring process.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to coaching appointments and allow adequate preparation time, the Career & Networking Center (CNC) follows the scheduling guidelines below for all 1:1 coaching sessions: • Appointments: Only one active coaching appointment may be scheduled at a time. Once the appointment is completed, you may schedule your next session. • Booking/Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time. • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Cancellations: Clients may cancel their session online up to 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely, high-quality coaching support to all CNC members.
