Service Description
Your brand is more than a resume; it’s how you show up, connect, and are remembered. This one-on-one coaching session is designed to help job seekers and candidates confidently and authentically articulate who they are and the value they bring in today’s competitive job market. During this personalized session, you’ll work directly with a coach to explore the difference between personal branding—your personality, values, communication style, and story—and professional branding, which highlights your skills, expertise, accomplishments, and career contributions. Together, you’ll identify how to align both to create a compelling, credible, and memorable professional presence that resonates with employers, recruiters, and networking contacts. A key focus of the session is developing clear, effective communication tools you can use immediately. You’ll build and refine multiple elevator pitches tailored to different professional scenarios, including networking conversations, interviews, LinkedIn introductions, career fairs, and informal opportunities when you need to quickly and confidently share your value. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with working drafts of several elevator pitches and a stronger sense of how to consistently communicate your personal and professional brand. The result is greater clarity, confidence, and empowerment in how you present yourself across every stage of your career journey.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair access to coaching appointments and allow adequate preparation time, the Career & Networking Center (CNC) follows the scheduling guidelines below for all 1:1 coaching sessions: • Appointments: Only one active coaching appointment may be scheduled at a time. Once the appointment is completed, you may schedule your next session. • Booking/Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the session start time. • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Cancellations: Clients may cancel their session online up to 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely, high-quality coaching support to all CNC members.
